I’m interested in numbers – not as a mathematician. I am HOPELESS with math. No, I like the way they look and whether they seem to me to hold some other significance.
I love that Hebrew letters and numbers are inter-related – I think it’s called “gematria”.
The idea of clues in one ‘thing’ leading to answers in another inspires me.
So, I idly typed “7:7:11” into my search engine. And I was so surprised with the first answer, from: http://biblegateway.com, that I want to share it with you.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door
will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds;
and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”
It made me take a moment to review just how many things I had asked for in my life that I had received. And they are the ones that I asked for from a place of deep desire – so deep, it feels as though I already have that thing – it’s a part of me. No doubt.
I seem to remember the words,
“Don’t supplicate, appreciate” in relation to this phenomenon. Feel it, appreciate it, wait for it . . . with trust – and let it be so.
Just a thought.
